Reservations: Requests are taken in the order they are received. Reservations are taken by phone and email only. Voicemails and emails are time-stamped. Please leave a detailed message with your name, the name of trip(s), and how many seats you need. You will receive a return response for confirmation of your request. Your seat is then guaranteed when payment is received by check on time. Wait lists will be taken when trips are full.

Payments: Please pay one-day tours in full within 7 days of reservation to secure your seat. Extended tours require payment in full within 7 days unless deposits with deadlines are noted or arrangements are made.

Include with payment: Full name of traveler, mailing address, mobile & home phone, emergency contact name & phone, special needs such as food allergies/walker, etc., birthdate (casino stays), room preference when possible (double queens vs. king).

One check per trip with name of trip in memo line is greatly appreciated.

Early Bird Savings: Applicable only on specified extended tours. See individual trip descriptions for details.

Cancellations: No refunds less than 60 days prior to departure date. If your seat can be filled from a wait-list, a refund will be given. $20 fee/person applies to all refunds. 

*Extended tours arranged thru other travel companies may have different refund requirements based on flights, admissions, and/or hotel stays. Please see actual trip details for specifics.

Deadlines: Book Early! All trips have deadline requirements of 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted for purchasing seats. A minimum number of purchased seats are required for each trip. If a trip is cancelled due to low reservation count, a full refund will be made.

Pickup Locations and Parking Liability: On The Go Bus, LLC, offers various departure locations made possible by gracious businesses offering their parking space. On The Go Bus, LLC, is not liable for damage to your vehicle. Please keep valuables hidden and lock your doors.

Departure Times: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to boarding. We can leave early but we won’t wait if you’re late!

Refreshments: Sometimes a treat may be offered on the coach but it is recommended that you ALWAYS BRING YOUR OWN BEVERAGE. Water will NOT be provided. Bottled water or a tightly sealed travel mug to prevent spills is recommended. Please travel prepared and pack a small bag or fill your purse with a beverage or two, along with some travel snacks.

Waiver of Liability: Each traveler is asked to sign a waiver of liability agreement prior to the first trip taken with On The Go Bus, LLC. Waiver will be kept on file for all future trips.

Activity Level:  Many On The Go Bus, LLC, tours involve walking over uneven surfaces, stairs, and navigating areas that are not accessible for people with mobility issues. Activity levels vary per excursion so please inquire if you have concerns or any questions. You will not be reimbursed for the activities you do not participate in. On The Go Bus reserves the right to accept or decline any participant at any time for any activity, or to require any participant to withdraw from a tour at their own expense, when such an action is determined by the operator or On The Go Bus, LLC, to be in the best interest of the participant’s health, well-being, and safety, or the general safety or welfare of the other participants.

Schedule Changes: On The Go Bus, LLC, reserves the right to change itineraries for the well-being of the passengers when deemed necessary. A partial payment refund or future trip credit will be made when appropriate. 

Travel Insurance: On The Go Bus recommends all travelers purchase an optional travel protection plan from the provider of their choice. For your convenience, some extended tours may have a travel protection policy option available through the partnering tour company.  See tour brochure for payment instructions if purchasing a policy through our partnering tour company. 

 
Seating: All seating is first-come, first-served. Special requests can be made for medical reasons only. Extended tours may rotate seats in fairness to all passengers for different viewing pleasure.

Perfumes/Cologne/Smoking: To be respectful to other travelers, please do NOT wear any type of fragrance. Smoking is NOT permitted on or near the bus.

Energy Surcharge: Transportation costs are subject to increase when trips are booked in advance. Notice will be given if prices are affected and increase ticket cost.

Photos and Videos: On The Go Bus, LLC, may use photos and videos from trips for promotional purposes. Names will not be listed without permission.

Special Celebrations: Half the fun is getting there so let’s celebrate together! Please share in advance if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion on a trip.

TRIP NEWS is the On The Go Bus Newsletter: Email is the sure way to receive the newsletter and all trip updates in a timely manner. Business email can be tricky so be sure to put janet@OnTheGoBus.com in your contact list so messages don’t unexpectedly land in your junk folder. Those who need snail-mail can call to get a postal mailing. Calls are always welcome.
